2. User Accounts & Access

To access enrolled courses and learning modules, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information and verify your contact number.
  • Maintain the security of your password and credentials.
  • Single-User License: Your account is for individual educational use only. Account sharing, credential lending, or multi-user access is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All instructional videos, lecture notes, study materials, slides, and LMS materials are the proprietary property of Gihan Edussuriya. Unauthorized recording, screen capturing, downloading, reproduction, public distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

4. Tuition Fees & Payment Gateways

Course fees are displayed prior to enrollment:

  • Online payments are processed via certified, PCI-DSS compliant electronic payment gateways.
  • We do not store raw credit/debit card numbers on our servers.
  • Bank transfers and deposit receipts are activated following verification.

5. Refund Policy

All course cancellations, duplicate payments, and refund matters are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

6. Academic Integrity & Conduct

Users agree to maintain academic honesty and adhere to the following principles:

  • No cheating or submitting fraudulent quiz and assignment answers.
  • No attempting to bypass system security, deploy scrapers, or distribute malicious code.
  • No harassment or abusive behavior toward instructors or fellow learners.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Courses and materials are provided for educational purposes "as is" without guarantees of specific exam results or career outcomes. Aggregate liability is strictly limited to the course fee paid by you for the applicable course or lesson.
